1st Sept Warrington Farmers Market

THE most exciting day of the year is happening in Warrington town centre next Saturday 10am - 4pm. Not many places can boast so many things going on in one day!! Stalls stocking fantastic locally produced food, music & free entertainment together with an amazing array of unusual handmade items, perfect for gifts, or a treat for yourself.
Warrington embraces this annual event, & has invited `Created in the W A ` our local crafters group to join in with the festivities. Our items include something for everyone from handmade cards for every occasion , bespoke  jewellery  designers, homeware, & of course our heavenly bodies beautiful luxury soaps :-) ....some favourites along with some new creations made especially for this event!
All food produce on sale will be grown, reared, caught, brewed, baked, smoked or processed by the stallholder.
This is going to be a smashing day out so celebrate the very best of what the North West has to offer ....& really worth a visit even if you are out of the area, great parking facilities together with all your well known High Street stores, make this a `must ` on your `to do` list on the 1st September 2012!!!

Walton Hall Fayre 9th September 2012

Went to Walton Hall Gardens today, & it was beautiful! loads going on...Sunday it seems is a family day, primarily we went to see were we would be pitched in a couple of weeks time, (  on the 9th September 2012 ) for the huge Country Fayre event, & we were very pleased at the surroundings...it`s gorgeous!! A super play area, together with oodles of wide open spaces for the kid`s to run wild & loads of silence for Mums & Dads to relax & unwind underneath the leafy trees.

These pictures are of a charming little train that runs around the gardens, fabulous for any older / younger visitors that hate walking!!
So bring yourself a picnic, or have Sunday lunch at any of the local pubs,  (all of which seem to be child friendly,) & enjoy a free day out exploring unusual  crafting stalls containing handmade items that won`t be found anywhere on the high street.

Strange Request!!??...

A special request from a little girl... Ivy Mae decided that she wanted a different kind of bath bomb..not one like her mum's (or any others that see had seen)...  But black ones!

Our response was well why not give it a go!!?? & this was the result...I love them! topped with stars and glitter, what more could a mischievous little girl wish for....

....loads of fizz..

And perfect for the upcoming Holloween celebrations.. :) x

Mint Choc Chip before & after!

Before

This is our fabulous Heavenly bodies Mint Choc Chip luxury handmade soap which was made at the beginning of July, as you can see before the curing the soap is pale in colour & soft to the touch...the curing process takes about 4 weeks, and often the texture changes and the colour develops. We are delighted with this soap, it's the perfect mix of fresh mintyness combined with a lovely warm chocolate truffle scent.

And after!!

It`s a great soap, what more can we say !! not long till we cut `Glamour Puss`

Soap number 2..... introducing Wild Thang, a creamy, luxurious individual looking soap. With notes of papaya, peach, melon and pear with a hint of strawberry this super dooper stylish bar will not only turn heads in the bathroom but will turn you away from your usual boring `skin drying` shop bought soaps forever!!!

New Soaps fresh from the mould... :-)) introducing Glamour Puss`!

Introducing two new soaps.....not even cut yet, so a sneak preview for you!! A couple more days to harden then the cutting shall begin. These soaps both have a surprise inside, not one that is obvious from the outside....so it`s very exciting waiting for them to be sliced, even i`m not sure how its going to look!!!!

Happy family summer days out!!

A fantastic day was had by all at Kenyon Hall fruit picking farm, crafters were out in force...a bit slow to start, but then wow!!

A bit tired now after a long day but we promise we shall be back shortly with the next venue dates and soapy updates...
